Designed in Australia and made in Italy, designers Gabrielle Thompson and Shannon Gunn’s latest collection follows their signature style of pairing contrasting textures and colours throughout. Renowned for their love of exquisite materials, coupled with their uncompromising assurance of quality and luxury across the collection, tom gunn’s latest range comprises a mixture of exotic python, lizard and Italian nappa. Centering around the detail and silhouette of the shoe, the collection features scalloped curves, piped edges, cut-out shapes and mignon straps with a combination of visible and concealed statement-making platform heels, elegant stilettos and classic sandals and ballet flats. Inspired by their surroundings and moments encountered throughout daily life, collecting ideas, and impressions, merging them into a vivid combination of textured hues, tom gunn’s Spring Summer collection features a beautiful palette of teal, blush, nude and shadow blue and with accents of red and deep black throughout. Tom gunn’s Spring Summer 2010/11 Collection will be available from August at stockists nationally, with designs retailing between $499 and $799.
