Sass and Bide @ London Fashion Week 2010

By Marianna Tigani

From selling jeans at Portobello Road markets to showing at London Fashion week, Australia’s much loved design duo, Sass and Bide, have come full circle and beyond.

Their Autumn/Winter 2010 collection was all about contrasts, strong yet subtle. Black and a slightly off white were the main colours, accented with silver and gold in trims and beading which adorned shoulders, necks and waists. Silhouettes were flared and puffed along shoulders and leg lines, then pulled back in tight along waists and hips.

The look was at once both tribal and opulent, with whispers of ancient civilisations seeping through; all given the Sass and Bide signature rock and roll treatment to deliver a collection of sumptuous fashion forward pieces.

Take note from this trend setting duo and stock your Winter wardrobe with form fitting lace, slender black pants, cut out pieces and boulder shoulder looks.

Loving the winter cut out styles in this collection! The detailing looks amazing and I’ve already seen celebrities wearing this collection, can’t wait to get my hands on some of these pieces

  2. Phillip says:

But will the ordinary woman really be able to afford and wear these expensive looking creations, I think not erobe
