The Ready-to-wear collection for SS11/12
Vibrant Colour, Signature Psychedelic Prints and Sharp Tailoring
“I can’t stand victim fashion, I think it;s important to do your own signature and let your customer figure out what suits them.” – Lisa Ho
For Spring/Summer 2011-2012 ‘Lisa Ho’, presented a truly luxurious collection that was one of the highlights at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week. Inspired by Lisa’s love of holidaying in Capri, the collection is brimming with the vibrancy of the Italian Island with the selection of colours channeling its beauty – pinks and lilacs represent the bougainvillea and wisteria; aqua blues reference the Blue Grotto; and the building’s facades are seen in the wine berry hues. Complementing the bright pops of colour are the signature Lisa Ho psychedelic prints, including a blurred LED light print, an exaggerated marble print and a wavy wishbone graphic.
Once again Lisa steered clear of the fleeting of-the-moment trends and instead presented a versatile collection full of wearable pieces sure to become wardrobe staples over several seasons. The collection features light linen and acetate blends for chic evening wear pieces; crisp white shirting and silk blend blouses; the trademark one-shoulder dresses with elegant drapery; and stunning strong yet feminine tailoring – from swing coats to city shorts, to slim fitted blazers teamed with stylish cigarette trousers. Bright beaded accessories and understated wedge heels were the perfect compliment to the collection.
So without further ado, we present the Lisa Ho Spring/Summer 2011-2012 collection from Lisa Ho…Enjoy!
