For the Limedrop Spring/Summer 2011-12 collection, designers Nathan Price and Clea Garrick took influence from a tropical oasis. Entitled Calypso, the collection is inspired by the wealthy poolside scene and sees a modern take on the fifties preppy look with exaggerated cuts, silhouettes, colours and prints. The colour palette is vibrant with fruity hues of melon, lemon and tangerine, and the digital prints, including repeating dragon fruit and coin variations, are bold and cheeky. The collection was punctuated with colour blocking in saphire and bright pink set against crisp white cotton.

Classic tailoring was revamped in the menswear line. Collarless and panelled washed cotton shirting was relaxed in interchangeable black and white; nautical button up tees are matched with the trouser style of choice the ‘dropped-crotch’ in natural colours; and bomber jackets with rolled up shorts topped off the dressed down collection with an effortless feel.

Without further ado, let us present the Limedrop Spring/Summer 2011-2012 Menswear collection, Calypso.
