Ksubi on the verge of Bankruptcy

Australian designer streetwear label Ksubi (formally Tsubi) is in trouble after founders Dan Single and George Gorrow placed the iconic fashion brand into voluntary administration on 11th January 2010.

Ksubi exploded onto the fashion scene during the turn of the century with its distressed denim jeans collection. A fully fledged mens and womens clothing collection soon followed, as well as Ksubi Eyewear.

During the tale end of 2009, Ksubi joined forces with David Jones for an exclusive discounted range witha  shop-in-shop concept.

It was anticipated that 2010 would see the launch of Ksubi footwear as well.

I would have been curious to see what sort of footwear they released – I hope they eventually still go ahead with it.
