January saw the brand placed into administration due to financial woes. However, the brand was bailed out by a group of investors and the label continues to live on. The latest range to be released by the popular designer label is a collection of designer shoes. Collaborating with manufacturers Six Showroom London, the Ksubi label is in good hands. Six London is responsible for Swear London, Opening Ceremony, Surface 2 Air and bStore. The Six Showroom has also collaborated with high-end labels Comme des Garçons, Acne and Agent Provocateur to name a few. Entering the footwear realms is new to Ksubi, who has traditionally stuck to its streetwear fashion for men and women, as well as sunglasses. Checkout a snapshot of the collection below. they’re not designs, they are just rip offs of old worn out shoes…really….
The distress, man-handle look of this cool label features buckles, piping, lace-up details, and even a well-place bit of fringe.The result is a great series of footwear, with a worn and rough look that is usually attributes to Ksubi’s famous streetwear.
