It’s very much ‘modern nomad’ in 2010 and 2011. A number of Australian (and international) labels have drawn inspiration from traditional tribal-wear and ritualistic influences. Kirrily Johnston’s 2011 Spring Summer clothing range ‘Apocolypto’ features a range of prints and stripes that look straight out of Africa.  The catwalk collection featured at the recent Rosemount Australian Fashion Week 2010 included a diverse range of models of all skin types, exemplifying the international styling of one of Australia’s favourite designers.
