For the Spring/Summer 2011-2012 seasonal collection, entitled Anon, Ginger & Smart were inspired by the the nature of poetry, the beauty of words and their hidden and interpretative meaning. Founders of Ginger & Smart, Alexandra and Genevieve Smart, took influences from the way words can be presented in opposing and beautiful combinations; hard and soft; feminine and masculine. They explored this concept throughout this collection, playing with aesthetic opposites – mixing masculine tailoring with floaty, feminine fabrics; bold, abstract prints are teamed with delicate pastels; and sculptured, geometric shapes are highlighted with free-flowing silhouettes.

So without further ado, we present the Spring/Summer 2011-2012 collection from Ginger & Smart.
