Arj Selvam Summer Clothing 2009 Range
Mens Spring/Summer Fashion Collection by Arj Selvam
Fashion designer new-comer Arj Selvam has recently launched his namesake boutique menswear label. Although not intially coming from a background in design or fashion, Arj has quickly found his feet to release a quality summer clothing line that draws comparison to more established labels such as Chronicles of Never, Claude Maus and Mjolk. In a recent Australian Fashion Review exclusive interview Arj, it was noted that he was drawn to Japanese designers, as well as some of the high-end, European avant-garde fashion designers. “I find that I appreciate designers, designing for a more mature audience. Some designers that come to mind that have inspired me in some shape or form include: Carol Christian Poell, Rick Owens, Maurizio Altieri, Maurizio Amadei, Tatsuro Horikawa of Julius, Kazuyuki Kumagai of Attachment, Ann Demeulmeester, and Yohji Yamamoto.” You can read the full interview with Arkj Selvam here –> Arj Selvam Fashion You can also check out more shots from For-Tomorrow blog here Check out Arj Selvam menswear for summer below
